This board is STOUT! Finely crafted and easy to use (aside from the weight of being so awesome!). The height is generous and is a great addition if you do lots of chopping or meats. It has a drip moat that is deep to make it extremely functional and doesn’t need to be drained halfway through cutting a brisket. 10-stars!
